This Akron church had a new boiler installed by another company who piped it poorly. Now here is the interesting part. The boiler wasn’t piped wrong by the installer; it was piped to the manufacturer’s minimum specs. This however was not sufficient to produce dry steam. A tremendous amount of water was being tossed up into the steam mains. The water line was always unstable. We re-piped this boiler to the standards of the 1930’s instead of the manufacturers, and it produces dry steam now.
