Hochberg's Office Bathroom

We did the plumbing on this remodel project which was under the supervision of general contractor Joe Emery Remodeling. It was a complete gut out of the room. The house has steam heat, but we took the radiator out of this room and instead installed radiant floor heat and also ran the radiant up the north wall about 3 feet. The toilet was relocated in the room and a shower stall was put in the place where the tub once was located. We ran the hot water recirc pipe thru the delivery fittings of the shower and the lav sink so the delivery of hot water is instant. Our goal was to not have to draw even one cup of water before its hot and we don't even draw that much. The shower faucetry is California Faucetry. The toilet is a Toto.
